5services, one family

  1. 1

    Gas Line Installation

A new line run right where you want the flame. We quote it after seeing the space, so the plan fits the room.

  2. 2

Water Heater Installation (Tank and Tankless)

Tank or tankless, set up so hot water is simply there. Often we can price it without a visit.

  3. 3

    Radiant Floor Installation

Warmth that rises from under your feet, so the floor itself is the cozy part of the room.

  4. 4

Kitchen, Basement and Bath Remodels and New

Whether it is a refresh or a first build, the pipes are planned in from the start.

  5. 5

Toilets, Sinks, Tubs and Fixtures (Repair and Install)

Fix what drips or runs, or put in something new. We chase down leaks and clogs until the room is quiet again.

A finished basement room with large warm gray porcelain tiles and a white wall The same room before the floor is laid, with red heating tubing in loops over the slab

Radiant floors

Heat that lives
under the floor.

The tubing goes in first, then disappears. What stays is a room that feels warm underfoot.

Let our
family help
yours!

A quiet street of two-story homes at blue hour with warm light in the windows

Family-owned, based in Aurora.

KMG is owned by Henry Korn and rooted in Aurora. When we say our family helps yours, we mean it as plainly as that.

A brass fitting being tightened on a copper pipe with an adjustable wrench

One company for the heat, the water and the gas.

These systems often meet inside the same wall. Having one company across all of them keeps the plan simple.

A brass faucet over a white sink in warm under-cabinet light

Baths, kitchens and basements.

Rooms redone and rooms brand new, from the first pipe to the last fixture.

Before the work

How do you price a job?

For most jobs, we always prefer to schedule a walkthrough before scheduling the work itself. That way we can take a look at the site and discuss in person to generate an accurate estimate and meet your needs! We offer walkthroughs free of charge in the Denver Metro area!

What is your process for working with a new customer?

Typically, we'll schedule a walkthrough to take a look at what you need done. Once the walkthrough (if necessary) has happened, we get an estimate sent to you for your review. If the price is agreeable to you, we get you on our work schedule to take care of your project.
