hero-scale-load pass

The hero photo settles into its frame once as the page opens, a slow 1.1 second ease from slightly enlarged to full size, while the headline and button never move.

Earns its place when: A hero with one strong photograph that carries the first impression, on a page where the headline sits on or beside the photo.

Never when: A before and after hero, a hero whose photo is the page's largest paint (it must not delay it), or any effect on text.

Measured: Clean against the same page without it on helf-hardscaping, kmg-heating-plumbing.

Not in the brief or the generator. It enters only if Ryan picks it.

Kettle & Vine not dropped

Not dropped: its hero is a before and after pair that already moves; a load ease on top would be a second effect on one photo.
